Job responsibilities

Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring their independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infections, and escalated any identified risks in a timely manner.
