What You’ll Be Doing (Home Care / Support Worker Duties)

• Providing genuine companionship care through conversation, reassurance, and emotional support. enjoying a cup of tea, and bringing warmth and connection as brighter summer days arrive
• Supporting with personal care with dignity and respect including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, always tailored to each client’s needs. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you feel confident and comfortable delivering personal care
• Assisting with daily routines and mobility support in clients’ homes

• Preparing nourishing meals and supporting hydration needs from light lunches to comforting evening meals that support health and wellbeing
