About the Home

Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80 bedded residential and dementia care home situated in Stourbridge.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residential and dementia residents on an ‘as and when’ basis to cover annual leave and adhoc sickness.
• Work day and/or night shifts as scheduled, with advance notice of days/weeks to be covered.
• Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents, supporting a close-knit team approach.
• Participate in induction, mentorship, support and training, encouraging career development.
