Location: Belfast - BT8, BT9, BT12, BT11

Pay: £13 per hour, Shifts: Monday - Friday

Job Description

As a Sit-In Care Assistant , you'll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

You will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities where required
• Support residents with meals and refreshments
• Encourage independence and social engagement
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Help create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment
