 27 Shifts: Monday, Wednesday & Sunday – 10:00pm to 7:00am

We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and experienced Night Shift Carer to support one of our clients who requires complex care and presents with challenging behaviour. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life by providing high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, confident in managing behaviours of concern, and experienced in delivering complex clinical care during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 overnight support tailored to the client’s individual care plan
Deliver complex care (e.g., PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilation support, medication administration – as required)
