Job Summary

Care Assistant – Bank shift (8pm-8am) at West Wood Care Home, Sheringham.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standards of personal care to residents, supporting continuity of services.
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene tasks, ensuring optimal independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas – weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection – and escalates any identified risks promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
