We are recruiting Waking Night Care Assistants for Downlands Court in Peacehaven. In this role, you will support clients within an Extra Care facility designed to promote independent living in a safe, caring environment. If you are kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this is the perfect opportunity—and no previous experience is required .

Key Details

• Shift Pattern: Waking Nights, 10pm – 7am.
• Weekend Rota: Alternating weekends required.
• Environment: Independent/Solo night working.

The Role

• Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and continence support.
• Practical Help: Medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
• Emotional Support: Providing vital companionship, reassurance, and comfort to residents.
