Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents in all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognize and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk, signs of infection, and promptly report any risks.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
