As a Care Assistant, you will help residents live independently and actively. Your daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping, making a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.

You will perform light domestic duties, coordinate activities, assist with appointments and shopping, and provide support to residents in daily living activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in a UK health and social care role. Passion for working with older adults. Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory. Warm, friendly, team player, and dedicated to exceptional service.

Pay

Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 based on shifts during weekends and evenings.
