As a Care Assistant at Hinckley House Care Home in Leicester you will deliver high‑standard personal care, support residents’ independence, dignity and respect, and actively contribute to the care team.

• Assisting residents in all personal hygiene tasks to ensure optimum independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognising clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection, and escalating any identified risks promptly.
• Acting courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting each resident’s dignity and individuality.
• Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
