Care Assistant

We support service users in Hertfordshire.

WORK LOCATION: We welcome applications from drivers based in and around the surrounding areas.

Pay Rate: £14.60 - £16.00 per hour plus 30p mileage.

Shifts work across seven days a week. EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm.

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals support service users to live safely and supported lives in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication administration.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and use of aids and equipment.
• Assist with domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and commode emptying.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, and assist with feeding if required.
• Provide companionship through friendly conversation, activities, and outings.
