Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents’ behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legislation.
• Support residents’ nutrition and hydration, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
