The Care Assistants maintain Audley’s objective to deliver high quality, compassionate care, compliant with CQC requirements, and facilitate re‑enablement and support by demonstrating understanding, empathy, respect and warmth.

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting village and community customers daily, following personal care plans for personal care and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Providing assistance with getting in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, mealtimes and medication administration.
