Overview

Agincare is seeking motivated individuals for a Care Assistant role. This position is suitable whether you are new to care or an experienced professional seeking a change. You will provide essential services in Agincare care homes and contribute to high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Companionship: providing support, communication and engagement with residents
• Personal care support
• Medication assistance
• Meals support and domestic tasks
• Mobility support and social activities
• Work a mix of day and night shifts, including alternative weekends (42 hours per week)

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• Previous experience working in a care home is required
• Ability to work a 42-hour week with day shifts (8am–8pm) and night shifts (8pm–8am)
