• Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist required
• Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and strong community provider alignment
• Diagnostic capabilities in the clinic
• Direct employment
• Earning potential up to 90th percentile of MGMA
• EPIC electronic medical record
• High performing, stable practice with established providers
