- Start Date: 9/7/2026
- End Date: 1/3/2027
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient
- Schedule:
- Inpatient shifts: 7:00 AM Äì 5:30 PM
- Night pager call: 5:00 PM Äì 7:00 AM (not every night)
- Coverage weeks:
- September 7 Äì13
- October 26 Äì November 1
- December 21 Äì27
- December 28 Äì January 3
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 5 Äì90 days (temporary privileges available)
- Facility accepts multiple providers: yes Requirements :
- Active WA license or IMLC
- Board certification
