This is an excellent opportunity to step into a collaborative, well-supported practice with strong regional growth.Position Details• 1.0 FTE - 35 patient contact hours per week• Clinic schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM• Call schedule: 1:3 rotation- Covers no more than 33% of call annually- Majority of call is phone support- Cath Lab hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday- Rare ED call-in requirementsTeam-Based Model• Collaborative practice between physicians and Advanced Practice Providers• APPs manage their own patient panels in direct partnership with supervising physicians• Strong primary care referral network• Anticipated regional expansion and new medical office development driving cardiology growthS...
