Cardiac Sonographer - Per Diem - Sunday schedule

Position Summary: Responsible for performing echocardiography procedures of diagnostic value to be interpreted by a cardiologist and/or another referring physician.

Education, License & Cert: Graduate of AMA approved school CPR Certified Certification in echocardiography or Certification eligible Experience: Minimum of six months preferred certified Echocardiography

Essential Functions: 1. Performs all inpatient and outpatient two‐dimensional, m‐mode, color flow and doppler echocardiograms, stress echocardiography, contrast studies, and transesophageal echocardiography. 2. Achieves and maintains working knowledge and understanding of electrocardiograms, including the performance of blood pressures to aid in the performance of Resting and Stress Echocardiography. 3.
