**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The clinical Exercise Physiologist is responsible for professional care and related assistance to patients in all phases of Cardiac Rehabilitation.** The Exercise Physiologist will provide direct and indirect patient care in both inpatient and outpatient setting. The Exercise Physiologist will assess, evaluate and prescribe safe and effective exercise for patients recovering from a heart attack, heart surgery, or have been diagnose with cardiac disease.
