<p>The post holder will work in the Cardiac Investigations Department. St Luke’s General Hospital Kilkenny and Community Hub.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be required to work in any service area as the need arises.</p>
<p>Including St Luke’s General Hospital’s aligned specialist ambulatory care hub as part of the Integrated Care Cardiology Specialist Multidisciplinary Teams.</p>
<p>In line with Sláintecare (2017) and the Department of Health’s Capacity review (2018), a shift in healthcare service provision is now required to place the focus on integrated, person-centred care, based as close to home as possible. In o...
