About the role: The role will oversee the country’s distribution quality and full operational compliance in line with investor and regulatory requirements.

The role includes managing the carbon excellence team, monitoring customer onboarding, sales processes, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy, field operations, and performance.

The position also involves driving initiatives to optimise customer usage, support charcoal displacement, and maintain carbon performance governance across all teams.
