We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Trade Coordinator** to join our **Car Sales Shared Services** team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing the vehicle trade-in process **.**

**You Will:**

+ Track trade-in vehicles from initial intake to final resolution
+ Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions
+ Obtain titles and lien releases to ensure smooth ownership transitions

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
+ Experience in administrative support or automotive industry preferred
+ Team player with a customer-focused mindset
