Position Summary

The Car Courier is responsible for handling the collection and dispatch of documents according to pre‑defined rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support and Service

  Follows appropriate service etiquette, greeting and welcome tone of voice, to support & provide service to customers. Provides assistance to customers ensuring all airwaybill information is duly filled as per requirements. Manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly, identifies and escalates issues as needed. Provides required guidance and information to customers using available resources.

• Consignment Handling

  Ensures timely collections and pick‑ups at the client location, obtains signatures and payments or arranges for recipients to make payments. Coordinates with dispatch for delivery. Detects & reports missing or incorrect paperwork, undeliverable consignments...
