Capture Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating capture activities from RFQ receipt through internal approval and submission, ensuring opportunities are well‑organized, properly documented, and executed on schedule. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, collaborate with experienced technical and business leaders, and play a key role in shaping proposals and capture strategies that support Raytheon ELCAN’s growth.

What You Will Do:

Collaborate with external Business Development personnel and internal cross‑functional stakeholders to develop strategic capture plans and competitive proposals.

Maintain continuity of customer relationships throughout all capture phases, ensuring a seamless transition from pursuit through contract award.
