Build a resilient supply chain for the Automotive Division through Long term Capacity planning and mapping:a.Capacity assessment & planning for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP.- Major systems, Chassis, Lower control Arms, Linkages , RTB, K Frame, Suspended Padels, Window Regulator, Sunroof, Wiper, Latches, Screw Jack, Brake cable, Wipers , Screw Jack etc -Shared capacity asessment, Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for Frames & Mechanism Doamin -Enabling creation of required infrastructure at supplier end to meet demand through partnering with SSU/CDMM/PD/SCM monitoring at suppliers end -Part development process complete know how is must .
