TITLE: Capacity Building Coordinator TEAM/PROGRAMME: Operation Program LOCATION: Aswan GRADE: CONTRACT LENGTH: months
CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
Level : the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently ( once a week or more) or intensively ( four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting the country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.
ROLE PURPOSE: The Capacity Building Coordinator will lead the assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of capacity development initiatives (institutional and technical)for local NGOs, and governmental health entities. The role focuses on building skills, strengthening systems, and ensuring that all providers and partners are well-equipped to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and gender-sensitive health services to refugees, migrants...Ready to Apply?
