Capability Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Capability Specialist is to lead the technical capability development and journey within the Supply Chain department. This will be done primarily by leading the Supply Chain Academy to provide technical training (Core technical, Lean and Quality) and assessment programs and resources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performance Management

• Ensuring that an effective management system applied for academy and capability development.
• Drive Supply Chain Academy for Core Technical, Lean and Quality (Associate/ Apprentice) in Mill
• Responsible for academy governance to ensure the academy output is consistent as targeted.
• Facilitate training and capability building sessions at Supply Chain/ Mill level.
• Supports the Supply Chain/Mill Optimization through strong analysis and lean methodology.
