Capability Development Manager

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global FMCG business as they look to hire a Capability Development Lead to strengthen the skills and capabilities that drive business growth.

The Capability Development Lead will work across all areas of the business, identify capability gaps, and ensure the right interventions are put in place, such as stretch assignments and learning programmes.

Responsibilities of the Capability Development Lead

• Develop and deliver a global Capability Development Strategy & Roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Identify and close capability gaps through targeted programs and measurement tools
• Design and scale learning initiatives that drive commercial and functional excellence
• Partner with leaders to ensure capability programs deliver real performance impact
• Manage learning resources, platforms, and vendors to ensure quality and consistency
