Job Overview: As a Harvest Technician, you will play a vital role in our cannabis cultivation and processing operations. Your primary responsibilities include harvesting whole plants, defoliating plants and running the plants to processing rooms. You will follow strict biosecurity protocols, maintain sanitation standards, and report any pests or pathogens. This role demands a keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to meet production goals while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Harvest whole plants according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with a focus on maintaining trichome integrity.


• Transport harvested plants to designated dry rooms efficiently.
