Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and coachable professional to join our Canada sales team as a sales manager for USANA’s English and Chinese speaking customer base. In this role, you will oversee and direct the implementation and strategy to grow customer count, develop new leadership, and drive retention.Within this coaching and managerial role, you will develop new leaders and be responsible for driving growth in the market’s key KPI’s, including sales, enrollments, active customer count, and rank advancements. In addition, you will be focused on identifying and coaching key field leaders creating unique personalized plans using SMART performance metrics.
