Position Summary

The PSP Manager reports to the Celltrion Healthcare Canada’s PSP Lead and is responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight and operational implementation supporting one or more PSPs for Western Canada. The role collaborates with the PSP provider on program management, KPI monitoring, cost control, service expansion, and program changes while providing consultation to support multiple brands. This position requires the ability to drive continuous improvement, embrace change, and keep the patient at the center of all activities. Up to 10% travel across geography may be required.
