Responsibilities

This position is an interview role assisting management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities, and remote domicile location/feeder operations where applicable. The incumbent leads the assigned sector, ensuring best practices and effective operations, modeling behavior as a mentor to hourly employees, and demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities through best practices methods.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• One (1) year current courier experience.

Technical Skills

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• Completed all basic and recurrency training, including DG specialist certification; maintain accreditation through yearly recurrency training.
