Role Overview
The Campus Project Controls Manager will lead all project controls activities for the project in Hamina. You will work closely with construction managers, commercial teams, and the client, providing strategic oversight, driving project performance, and ensuring that risks, variances, and issues are identified early and effectively mitigated.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of detailed, fully resourced construction schedules for client baseline approval
Own project schedule control, ensuring accurate, timely updates and alignment with actual site progress
Track Earned Value (EV) and other project KPIs, providing senior management with insights into performance trends
Monitor workshop fabrication and site installation outputs, managing productivity of craft labour (spent vs earned hours)
