JOB SUMMARY

***This role will be supporting campus recruiting primarily in the Allegheny Health Network clinical space along with corporate Highmark roles**

***This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office**

The Campus Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, business leaders and the University Relations program manager to execute a defined hiring strategy. The Campus Recruiter will proactively and creatively source and identify qualified candidates to develop and convert pools of talent for student programs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Ownership of all college/university relationships and on-campus efforts within designated territory to promote Allegheny Health Network (AHN) student program initiatives. Build and foster relationships with students and promote AHN.
