Role Overview

The Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer will maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio. The role includes monitoring building conditions, undertaking repairs and renovations, and assisting Estates and Facilities in refurbishment project planning. Travel to other GBS UK campuses may be required, and flexible working is expected to accommodate business operations. Work is 40 hours per week, covering campus operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 9:30 pm, with occasional out‑of‑hours work as required.
