Campaign Operations Director

A growing, fast-paced marketing agency is seeking a Campaigns Operations Director to play a pivotal role in scaling client delivery and driving business growth.
This is a senior leadership position,bining strategic client management, campaign operations oversight and new business support. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver high-impact B2B and B2C campaigns, while ensuring operational excellence across all programmes.
The opportunityYou will take ownership of campaign operations across key retained accounts, leading the development, implementation and optimisation of end-to-end campaign workflows. Alongside this, you will support new business growth through proposal development and client engagement.
You will act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a consistently high standard.
