Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing • Proven experience handling multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, go-live processes, and cross-functional coordination • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing structure or quality
