Call for projects – Climate, Biodiversity & Zero Deforestation – Cocoa

The Equity Program, supported since 2016 by Commerce Équitable France and Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF), with financial support from the French Development Agency (AFD) and the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM), is launching a new call for ambitious projects aimed at certified fair trade cocoa cooperatives in Ghana, Togo and Ivory Coast.

Objective: To support cooperatives in implementing sustainable agroecological practices, strengthen the resilience of production systems in the face of climate change, and effectively combat deforestation in cocoa-growing areas. The aim is to support concrete initiatives that combine economic performance, respect for biodiversity, and social justice.

Funding: Up to €60,000 per project , for a period of 24 to 36 months.
