We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Operators to join a busy call centre team based in Western Sydney for an ASAP start. This is a 6-month project-based role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to selected customers advising them of a faulty product needing to be returned for service or refund, engaging with customers, capturing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

This role is suited to individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy working with systems and data.
