Account Services Representative: Start date: 8/24
Please note that although this is a remote opportunity, candidates must live within a 60-mile radius from the training facility in VA Beach. This position also requires onsite days ** On Campus Dates 09/28 - 10/01 **
Training schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Friday)
Normal schedule after training: FLEX schedule (candidates can be scheduled between 11:00am-12:30pm for your start time and your shift will end between 7:30pm-9:00pm (Must be available to work either every Saturday OR every Sunday )
Work Environment –
+ All team members are required to reside within a 60 mile radius of the local Training Hub.
+ Cannot use satellite, hot spots, wireless point to point, extenders, WiFi, or pay-per-data services. The equipment will not function consistently or with sufficient quality on these services/methods.
+ Minimum of 50 mbps download speed and 25 mbps upload speed
+ Ethernet connectio...
