Job Summary:
Supports global compliance initiatives related to Records Management, Integrity Hotline, Anti-Corruption, Litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Works with and supports Quality Senior Manager’s on Reports, Regulatory and Audit (Internal and External) commitments, and other actions as needed.
- Works along with Quality Team and Senior Manager’s on developing deliverables.
- Retrieves, analyzes, evaluates, summarizes and tabulates data for informed reporting to the site and upper management.
- Identifies deficiencies and works along with the Quality Team to take the necessary corrective actions.
- Supports site audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinates meetings, calls and meeting minutes as needed.
- Investigates and documents Quality and Compliance related deviations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
