Position Summary
The Breakfast Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by providing friendly, attentive service upon arrival and departure. This role manages guest seating, reservations, cashiering support, and front-of-house operations while maintaining outlet standards and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Seating
Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage waiting lists and assist guests while they wait according to outlet service standards.

Escort guests to appropriate tables in a timely manner and provide assistance as needed.

Arrange booster seats and high chairs for guests when required.

Monitor guest satisfaction and notify management of any guest concerns or service issues.
