Cainiao Network, as the logistics arm of Alibaba Group, is expanding business in Phillipine thus looking for talents from logistics, supply chain or ecommerce areas to join us.
Role & Responsibility
1) Working as the contact window of internal and external customers for daily logistics operation
2) Cooridinating vendors to solve the operation issues in a timely manner to ensure the customers' satisfication
3) Monitoring the SLA/KPI of warehousing and distribution and drive operation team for continuous improvement
4) Implementation support from business awarded to project go-live
5) Other administration works in Phillipine as per requested
