Job Description
1. 根据欧洲国家相关法律，法规，结合菜鸟仓储现场实际运营情况和需求，落地实施EHS和防损相关政策，确保政策和标准的符合性。
1. Set up EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and LP(Loss Prevention) procedures and implement to compliance with European local laws & requirements regards on EHS and Loss Prevention for Cainiao business and operation in European region.
2. 建立EHS&LP稽核体系，并通过稽核推动相应工作不断改善。
2. Set up EHS & LP audit system, and implement it to drive continuously improvement.
3. 主导处置应急和安防事故/事件，并引导调查和复盘，实现闭环管理。
3. Lead emergency response and incident investigation, review and follow up for close.
4. 配合欧洲大区运营，做好大区内项目推动和实施，包括大促项目，开/关库工程项目。
4. Cooperate with the operation team of the European region to implement EHS and LP requirements for new launched projects, peak seasons operations, etc.
