Cage Shift Supv - 1st Shift

The Cage Shift Supervisor assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cage Department and provides excellent Guest Services. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Performs the duties of cage cashier.2. Completes required Cage forms and reports as needed/required. 3. Provides direct supervision to Cage Cashiers during assigned shifts.4. Assures Cage Staff provides quality customer service to the guests of Seneca Casinos.5. Provides training, administers performance evaluations, reviews request for vacation/personal time, leaves of absence, etc. and administers coaching/corrective action as needed/requested.6.
