Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
CAFM System Operation & Management 
Operate and maintain the CAFM platform (., MRI Evolution or similar) ensuring it aligns with the organization's needs and standards.
Input, update, and manage asset registers, PPM plans, maintenance schedules, and projects.
Track and ensure work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and reactive and corrective maintenance are completed.
Generate and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports from the CAFM system to management and other stakeholders.
User & Helpdesk Support 
Serve as the first point of contact for internal CAFM-related helpdesk queries.
Assign work orders to the appropriate resource based on skill, location, & availability.
Log, track, and resolve user issues and service requests related to CAFM and facility operations.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT or CAFM Specialist teams as needed.
