Ensure consistent high standards of customer service and proactive customer interaction. Follow appropriate procedures and instructions. This is a position to work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
You have the ability to listen carefully and take instructions, and communicate confidently while you work to an organised plan following procedures and displaying good practice at all times.
