The Café Team Members are primarily responsible for serving guests efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Working hours will be spent in the kitchen cooking, preparing and serving food. Exceptionally focused and industrious Cafe worker with a stellar record of guest satisfaction. Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced high pressure work environment. Flexible scheduling availability to include all evenings, most weekends and special events required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate the highest standards of guest relations and care when assisting guests at the counter
- Give advice, guidance and recommendations on products and menu selection to guests to ensure a positive experience and repeat business
- Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies and consumables for the Café area
- Manage queues and exceed guest expectations; upsell to maximize profit
