We are seeking a Café / Restaurant Managers / Duty Managers to join our clients in Perth and surrounding Suburbs, WA on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates with Hospitality Management qualifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

As a Café / Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.
• Planning and organising special functions.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and remain clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
• Conferring with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service.
• Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
• Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional manner....
