Cafe Manager – Asda Doncaster (Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week)

We’re recruiting an experienced Cafe Manager passionate about exceptional food and world‑class customer service, who can confidently motivate and inspire a team of six to deliver outstanding results. This full‑time role is contracted to 40 hours per week and is part of a major high‑street brand within Compass Group UK&I.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Manage the culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Oversee catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel in their role.
